Work that has a reason
You will work around a real publishing and digital product ecosystem — not disconnected classroom exercises made only to fill a portfolio.
Learn by building something real
Insighteem is opening a small, focused opportunity for people who want to sharpen their craft, contribute to meaningful work, and understand how a knowledge brand is built from the inside.
This is a non-paid, remote internship for two months. It is designed for focused learning, practical contribution, and honest feedback — not vague promises.
A small team. Real work. A clear window.
Why this opportunity exists
Sometimes the next step is a room where your questions are taken seriously, your work is reviewed honestly, and you leave with more clarity than you arrived with. This internship is for that kind of beginning.
You will work around a real publishing and digital product ecosystem — not disconnected classroom exercises made only to fill a portfolio.
The goal is not to appear experienced. The goal is to understand what good work requires, where yours is strong, and where it needs another pass.
Two months is a defined window. Use it to build useful habits, create evidence of your ability, and decide what kind of work you want next.
Choose your track
We are currently considering interns across three areas. You do not need to know everything. You do need to be willing to learn, communicate, and finish what you start.
